For anyone running for a municipal or county office or school board, the first date to begin circulating paperwork for nomination is Dec. 1.
Over 900 public and private universities are ranked, with UW finishing 8th in the country.
The proposed amendment would specify that the rights laid out in the U.S. Constitution are for individual human beings and not for groups of people.
The opening-weekend harvest was 92,050 deer, down from 103,623 last year.
