WISCONSIN (Civic Media) – There was little drama in Wisconsin’s presidential primary on Tuesday.

President Joe Biden and former president Donald Trump easily won their respective Democratic and Republican primaries.

Trump, who held a rally in Green Bay Tuesday, and Biden, who will visit Madison on Monday, each secured enough delegates nationally to be their party’s nominee for president well before Wisconsin voters got to cast their ballots.

Two ballot measures were placed statewide that voters approved. The first constitutional amendment will ban private grants to help fund local offices administering elections. The second will limit who should be allowed to serve as a poll worker.

The votes won’t be official until after canvassing.
